Dogs at Hotel Alpenland

Your four-legged companions are very welcome at Hotel Alpenland!
Please let us know if you are bringing a dog when you make your booking (CHF 25 / night and dog). We will be happy to provide your four-legged companion with a food and water bowl as well as a dog bed.

Some guidelines for dog owner
To ensure that guests and dogs can coexist harmoniously, there are a few rules that apply at Hotel Alpenland:

• Your dog is welcome to accompany you, as long as it is house-trained and well-behaved.

• There are many people who have respect for dogs. Please always keep your dog on a leash at Hotel Alpenland as well as all year long in the nature reserve Rohr-Lauenensee.

• If you would like to wash your dog after your walk, you will find a washing station near the main entrance around the corner to the left. Please ask at the reception for the key.

• For hygienic reasons, dogs are not allowed to enter the mountain sauna.

• If you would like to take your dog with you to the restaurant, we kindly ask you to notify us in advance. Your dog can drink from the fountain on our terrace. We kindly ask you not to feed your dog in the restaurant.

• Please contact reception to arrange the time for cleaning the room and take the opportunity to take your dog for a walk during the cleaning.

• Please ensure that the dog does not cause excessive noise and does not disturb the other guests. Should your dog prove to be dangerous, disturbing or a health hazard, we may have to ask you to shorten your stay with us.

• If your dog causes damage or heavy soiling during your stay, which requires repairs or additional cleaning work, we will have to charge you for this.
